1. Data we process

Account: username, e-mail address, password (encrypted), date of birth, language and country.
For minors: a parent/guardian e-mail address for consent.
Game data: horses, progress, transactions and in-game activity.
Communication: chat, forum and private messages (filtered and moderated for safety).
Technical: IP address, device/session and log files for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why and on what basis

Providing the service (performance of the contract).
Safety, moderation and fraud prevention (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
Parental consent for minors' accounts.
Processing payments via our payment provider.

3. Children

We take children's privacy seriously. Minors' accounts start in safe mode, personal data is filtered in chat, and social features are fully unlocked only after verifiable parental consent.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with processors that help us deliver the service (such as hosting, e-mail and payments) under a data processing agreement, or where legally required.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account exists and no longer than necessary afterwards. On deletion we anonymise or erase your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
Export of your data (portability) — available in your profile.
Objection to and restriction of processing.
Withdrawing consent and lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use functional cookies needed to log in and run the game. We do not use tracking cookies without your consent.
